First Make My own Ethereum mining rig with six (6) RX580 which costs me around 4200 USD in India which i can start right away.

Second, Buy Antminer L3+ litecoin miner from BITMAIN worth 3000 USD(2000Usd + 1000 Usd Custom Duty to my Country) and that too shipment will reach around Ending September.
Please suggest me what will be best option with Minimum risks and better ROI. keeping in view also the rising difficulty. Awaiting a early response from you.
