So yesterday my hash rates for rx580s dropped from 29-30Mh/s to 24Mh/s. Is this due to Byzantium???

In reply to T digger888. It was *previously delayed by two weeks. Byzantium fork is occurring at block 4,370,000. You're right, that paragraph was a tiny bit confusing, but the rest of the article clarifies. The devs announced it would occur at said block, which we should cross on the 17th.

Ethereum: 3 Days Left until Byzantium release…. From a call with Ethereum devs we now know that the release of Byzantium was delayed for about two weeks, but the update is a thing and it will eventually take place soon.

The above info is rather confusing. Is the update being delayed for two weeks or only 3 days left until Byzantium release?

Hi Ciprian, I thought they decrease the difficulty but modify the reward of per block from 5 eth to 3 eth? Can this still increase profit by 20%?
